The Beginner Fundamental sessions include 1 on 1 training with a CrossFit coach for anyone interested in CrossFit style workouts. The 3-30 minute sessions will teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit, assess your skill level while also providing conditioning and training.
At the last session, a coach will walk you through the sign up process for monthly or annual memberships.
